How do I contact Ailoha support?
You can email us at support@ailoha.ai. Please include the email address you use for Ailoha, your device model, app version, and a short description of the issue. We usually respond within 2-3 business days.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Please try signing in again with the same Apple or Google account you used to create your Ailoha account. If you are still unable to access your account, contact support@ailoha.ai and we will help investigate.
How do I report a bug or unexpected app behavior?
Email support@ailoha.ai with a description of what happened, the steps that led to the issue, and any screenshots that may help us reproduce it. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the support request.
Why does Ailoha ask for camera access?
Ailoha uses camera access only when you choose to take a photo or attach an image inside the app, for example to add visual context to a task or request. Ailoha does not access your camera unless you choose to use a camera-related feature.
How can I request access to or deletion of my data?
For privacy or data requests, contact support@ailoha.ai. If you want to delete your account, use the account deletion option in the Ailoha app when available, or contact us if you cannot access your account.
How do I delete my Ailoha account?
You can initiate account deletion from within the Ailoha app. This will delete your account and associated personal data according to our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app, contact support@ailoha.ai for assistance.
How long does it take to receive a support response?
We usually respond within 2-3 business days. Some account, privacy, or data requests may take longer if additional verification is required.
