What You’ll Do
Join Ailoha’s early growth team and help bring a new AI product to the North American market.
You will work closely with the founding team and directly contribute to growth, user acquisition, and market exploration — not just execute tasks.
You will:
Research the North American market, including user behaviors, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities;
Manage and grow Ailoha’s presence on global platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Product Hunt, and other communities;
Support user outreach, KOL collaborations, and partnership development;
Create English content across landing pages, social media, marketing materials, and growth campaigns;
Track key growth metrics and propose experiments to improve acquisition and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious about AI, global markets, and how new products grow from 0 → 1.
You should have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Availability to work 4+ days per week in our Shanghai office;
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Genuine curiosity about AI products and North American users;
Ability to think beyond execution and ask “why” behind every problem;
Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and fast iteration.
Nice to Have
Overseas study or living experience (North America preferred);
Experience using growth and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Notion, GA4, etc.;
Experience managing international social media accounts or online communities;
Experience with content creation, community building, or startup growth projects.
