What You’ll Do
Build and ship Ailoha’s core product experiences from 0 → 1.
You will own the full development lifecycle — from understanding product needs and designing technical solutions, to implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
You will:
Build cross-platform mobile applications with React Native, delivering smooth and high-quality user experiences;
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend services and AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.);
Create polished UI experiences with strong attention to product quality and details;
Use AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) deeply in your workflow to accelerate coding, debugging, and iteration;
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to turn ideas into scalable technical solutions;
Explore emerging technologies in AI applications, Agent workflows, and intelligent systems, and bring new capabilities into the product.
This is not just a coding role.
You will help shape how AI products are built and experienced.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited about building at the intersection of AI and consumer products.
You should have:
Strong foundation in React Native or React, with experience building mobile or web applications;
Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python;
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code), using AI as a productivity multiplier rather than just an occasional tool;
Understanding and interest in LLM applications, AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies;
Strong ownership and ability to independently drive projects from idea to launch;
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially working across product, design, and engineering;
Ability to learn quickly and deliver in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
We value real project impact and problem-solving ability more than years of experience.
Nice to Have
Experience building AI products, especially consumer-facing applications;
Experience with RAG, Agent workflows, or LLM-powered applications;
Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL;
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker, or deployment workflows (AWS/GCP);
Understanding of North American consumer behaviors and mobile product ecosystems;
Experience with App Store / Google Play publishing;
Open-source projects or personal products;
Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
